According to some documents that The Guardian has obtained, Apple is in the process of looking for a ground in which to test its self driving car.
The documented evidence that the The Guardian posses detail the particulars of communications between Apple Engineers and officials of GoMentum Stadium about hiring the venue to test its car.
GoMentum Stadium is an automotive testing facility that is located in the Francisco. The facility was once a naval base, but is today popular with car manufactures who want to test their new cars and car technologies away from the public view.
The new evidence comes in the wake of a earlier reports that Apple was making high-profile automotive expert hires, including Doug Betts, who led global quality at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV until last year.
Mr. Doug Betts changed his Linkedin employer to Apple in July in what can be considered a confirmation that he now works with Apple.
